This large-scale Hello Kitty pop-up installation blends experiential retail, themed décor, and high-detail scenic fabrication. Designed and built entirely by Coffee House Industries, the space invites guests to step into a cozy, holiday-inspired Sanrio world filled with custom sets, interactive photo moments, and vibrant character storytelling.


Transforming a Retail Space Into a Full Hello Kitty World

From the first step inside the pop-up, visitors are greeted with a premium, highly detailed environment engineered for engagement. The experience begins with a custom Hello Kitty plush wall, constructed from hundreds of stacked Hello Kitty heads — an instant photo moment that has quickly become one of the most shared images from the activation.

Across the room, an oversized red mural showcases Hello Kitty and her friends, anchoring the central cash wrap and establishing the signature look of the space. Clean white brick façades, bold red framing, and gingham patterns tie the entire installation together, creating a cohesive retail environment that feels nostalgic, modern, and perfectly on-brand for Hello Kitty fans of all ages.

Coffee House Industries Builds the First McLaren x Allwyn “Scratch Car” in Collaboration with Designer Florian Weber

Las Vegas, NV (November 19, 2025) — Coffee House Industries partnered with McLaren Racing and Allwyn to fabricate the world’s first full-scale McLaren x Allwyn “Scratch Car” for its high-profile launch at the LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas. The activation transformed a full-size F1 show car into a fully interactive scratch-off installation featuring 970 custom panels, designed by artist and designer Florian Weber. This project became one of the most innovative experiential builds showcased during F1 festivities in Las Vegas.


From Concept to Completion

Coffee House Industries oversaw the entire fabrication process, producing a display-ready Scratch Car built for durability, precision, and visual impact. The project required large-format printing, precision cutting, detailed alignment, and long hours of assembly to ensure each scratch-off panel fit perfectly across the F1 body.

Designer Florian Weber led the artistic construction while the fabrication team handled structure, engineering, and layout to bring the concept from design to a full-scale physical installation.


Engineering a Scratchable Surface

A major challenge of the McLaren x Allwyn Scratch Car was developing a scratchable coating system that preserved the integrity of the thin, paper-like material beneath the paint. Coffee House Industries engineered a custom finishing method through multiple rounds of testing, ensuring that every panel scratched cleanly while maintaining the car’s shape and stability.

This process was led by Abigail, one of Coffee House’s project managers and artists, supported by our scenic and paint departments who masked, sprayed, and detailed each of the 970 squares with precision.


Las Vegas Reveal at the LINQ Promenade

The completed Scratch Car was transported to the LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip, where it became the centerpiece of the McLaren x Allwyn fan activation during F1 week. Surrounded by LED video walls and immersive lighting, the installation drew crowds and media attention throughout the event.

F1 driver Oscar Piastri officially kicked off the experience by scratching the first panel in front of fans and press, unveiling the activation and marking the world’s first interactive F1 Scratch Car reveal.

When MOONBOOT set out to create a standout debut for their latest collaboration with Mattias Gollin at ComplexCon Las Vegas, they partnered with Coffee House Industries to turn a high-concept vision into reality — blending motorsport nostalgia with a futuristic, space-race aesthetic.

The centerpiece: a reimagined 1966 Ford GT, transformed into a retro-futuristic spacecraft with weathered finishes, vintage sponsor graphics, and a hand-fabricated aluminum look. Our team restored, reworked, and refinished the vehicle before wrapping it in custom-printed vinyl and integrating it into a fully immersive environment that felt straight out of a sci-fi pit stop.

From Concept to Completion

Surrounding the car, Coffee House designed and fabricated a complete booth structure featuring corrugated metal walls, diamond-plate flooring, LED truss framing, and a dual video wall system that brought the entire space to life. The rear video wall pulsed with galaxy-inspired motion graphics, creating the illusion of the Ford GT launching through a warp tunnel, while an additional screen embedded in the product area tied the space together through synchronized lighting and color.

Each display unit highlighting the Mattias Gollin capsule collection — including apparel, signature boots, and a full astronaut suit — was custom-built with metal framing, color-lit interiors, and precision LED detailing to echo the booth’s futuristic tone and craftsmanship.

    The structure was built entirely from scratch in our Los Angeles fabrication shop. We constructed gas pumps out of wood, painted in Shell’s vibrant red and yellow to make the colors pop under event lighting. Each pump was rigged with mounted TVs that displayed live visuals and branded content, pulling the audience into the experience.

    At the center stood a custom pillar stand supporting a ring-style top that showcased the Shell logo. Integrated LED lighting and video screens wrapped around the pillars, while a large video wall behind the structure added motion, depth, and dynamic energy to the environment.
