When The Macallan and Rolling Greens partnered to create a fully immersive bar experience in Los Angeles, they needed a fabrication team capable of delivering a premium, high-impact build on a tight timeline. When Shell needed a one-of-a-kind brand activation during the Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band concerts at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, they called Coffee House Industries to make it happen. The challenge: build a life-size mock gas station that looked premium, on-brand, and ready for thousands of concertgoers—all under the bright lights of LA’s most iconic venue.

From Concept to Creation: A Massive Build for a Major Client

This project was a big one—both in scale and importance. Shell wanted an immersive, eye-catching environment that celebrated their brand while enhancing the concert experience. Our team at Coffee House Industries handled the design, fabrication, and full setup, creating a space that blended creativity, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.

Custom Fabrication: Turning a Concept into Reality

The structure was built entirely from scratch in our Los Angeles fabrication shop. We constructed gas pumps out of wood, painted in Shell’s vibrant red and yellow to make the colors pop under event lighting. Each pump was rigged with mounted TVs that displayed live visuals and branded content, pulling the audience into the experience.

At the center stood a custom pillar stand supporting a ring-style top that showcased the Shell logo. Integrated LED lighting and video screens wrapped around the pillars, while a large video wall behind the structure added motion, depth, and dynamic energy to the environment.

The result: a luxurious, fully illuminated “gas station haven” that glowed beautifully under the night sky—a perfect fusion of fabrication, lighting design, and experiential marketing.
